Attention!
Paints produced before December 2023 were susceptible to freezing and could start to catalyze in the bottle if they got below 32° F/0° C. If you have paint that seems like it is either thick, goopy, solid, or chunky, please email us at info@turbodork.com for a replacement. We will need your order number or the name of the hobby store you purchased them from, a photo of the bad bottles, and your shipping address.
Bad Paints?
Got your paint, but something doesn’t seem right? We are happy to help if you reach out to info@turbodork.com with the following:
- The order number if purchased directly from us, or the name of the Hobby Shop you bought the bottle from.
– A description of the problem you’re having, and a photo if possible to give us the best picture of what’s going on.
– We can only offer refunds on paint purchased from our web store directly. We are happy to offer replacement bottles on paints purchased elsewhere.
Upon receipt of this information we will assess the problem and follow-up with you.
Wrong Paints Were Sent:
Did you get some rad paints, just not the ones you ordered? We are only human and do make mistakes with packing, so please email us at info@turbodork.com with your order number and a picture of the paints you received in error!
Please do not return your paints right away, as we will reply to your email with the next best steps!
Missing Paints:
Please let us know by emailing info@turbodork.com with your order number and a list of the missing paints. We will make a new shipment.
Merchandise:
Sale of all merchandise such as tee shirts and hats are final. For sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged. We are always more than happy to answer any and all merchandise questions at info@turbodork.com.
